Rider Policy
- Age Requirement: All riders must be at least 12 years old.
- Monthly Fee: A monthly fee applies for all riders.
- Solo Participation Only: This policy is applicable for solo riders only. Teams are not eligible, as we allow a maximum of two humans in any unit.

The referring driver and referred driver must both be active and available for dispatch at the time payout is scheduled to receive a referral bonus.
- Solo bonus is $5000 total –
- $500 is paid when the referral completes the first load
- $75 weekly until the balance is paid out (as long as the referral is employed & driving)
- Team bonus is $7500 total –
- $2000 is paid when the team completes first load
- – $75 weekly until the balance is paid out (as long as referred team is employed & driving)
- Please note, the referring driver and referred driver must both be active and available for dispatch at the time payout is scheduled in order to receive referral bonus.
Policy
The policies below help ensure that you get credit for qualified referrals.
1) TLI must receive the referral from you prior to the candidate being employed with TLI or candidate must state that they have been referred by you at the time they complete their application.
2) Referring driver and referred driver must both be active and available for dispatch at the time payout is scheduled to receive referral bonus.
3) There is no cap to the number of referrals an employee can make.
4) If a candidate was referred by more than one driver, the referral bonus will be split 50/50 between referring parties.
5) Active, full-time employees are eligible to refer and will receive payouts accordingly.
