Transco Lines speaks out against social injustice and intolerance.

CULTURE

We are Team TLI!

At Transco Lines you are more than just a number–you’re a valuable member of our team. We treat our drivers and employees with respect and acceptance. To create a safe, peaceful, and supportive working environment we have an Open-Door Policy that allows you the freedom to have complete access to our terminals, wander around our office, and speak with anyone at our company, including our President, Terry Wallace!

We have and enforce our Zero Tolerance Policy that is designed to help create and maintain a positive and healthy working environment for all members of our workforce.

TLI fully supports inclusivity and diversity and does what it can to promote the education and celebration of its employees whether you’re on the road, in an office, or working from home. We welcome all and would like to thank you for being part of Team TLI!

FOOD TRUCK FRIDAYS

There’s nothing better on a Friday than getting some good food while enjoying your meal with a coworker! Every Friday, we have a local food truck visit our terminal to serve all members of our team with some delicious food. And the best part–it’s free! We hope to see you at our next weekly lunch.

SUPPORT AND CELEBRATE

All of our success is a team effort. For that reason, we love regularly celebrating the hard work our employees and drivers put into providing our company and customers with an amazing experience. These acknowledgments come from nominations provided by staff company-wide. Winners are announced on our Facebook page so we can share our excitement with everyone in or out of the office.

TLI SUPPORTS WOMEN

In an effort to outwardly show support for women in the transportation industry TLI currently is a member of and supports the Women In Trucking organization.

Among our office staff, we have women in various leadership positions. We support these hardworking women and feel the rest of our industry needs to work on doing a more successful job of supporting women in the transportation industry.

TLI SUPPORTS VETRANS

TLI has long been supporters of those who are actively serving and those who have served. To honor these brave servicemen and women, TLI increases their pay per mile as a small way of showing our gratitude. We have several wrapped trucks to show our support and just how proud we are of our TLI members who have sacrificed for our freedoms.

TLI CARES

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we definitely like to show our support.

With the help of our sister company, Riverside Transport Inc., our staff has raised more than $6,500 that was donated to help the funding of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Several members of our team also participated in a Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.

COVID-19 RESPONSE

In response to COVID-19, Transco Lines has taken all actions needed to promote and support the safety of all its customers, employees, and drivers. Immediate safety precautions were taken at our offices and awareness was shared. To help our drivers, we supplied those who visited our office with free PPE and reimbursed PPE purchases that were made by our drivers while they were on the road.

HOLIDAY GIVING

During the holiday season we do our best to help out members of our local communities. As a team, we have donated money and time to bring cheer to those we can.
